Over the years, NAMIB FILM has worked with a variety of animals… large to small.
Cheetahs, lions, horses, elephants and camels have graced many a NAMIB FILM set, as well as the less known insects and reptiles, together with their highly experienced trainers.
In this regard Namib Film has forged an extremely strong working relationship with Namibia’s leading Animal Actors Facility, ensuring that any demand, from hyenas to wild dogs, is easily fulfilled.

A Cast of Thousands …
Abundant Etosha waterholes act as open–air theatres with casts of thousands … Zebra, Wildebeest (Gnu) and Gemsbok (Oryx) drink to the soundtrack of trumpeting Elephants and roaring Lions.
Furthermore, NAMIB FILM has an excellent relationship with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, and is therefore able to offer the opportunity of filming in some of Namibia’s most protected locations.
